What is included when booking a tepee party?
All items listed in the packages according to the theme, as well as delivery, set-up, decoration and dismantling/collection from home.
What is the method of payment?
An initial down payment of 50 % of the total amount via bank transfer is required to secure your booking. A contract will be sent to you with the booking confirmation.
Can I have my tepee party in my garden?
Unfortunately not. The wooden tepees are not waterproof and can only be used indoors, but you can opt for the Glamping tent for an outdoor event.
What age is suitable for a Tepee party?
Parties are suitable from the age of 5.
How do I book?
Simply go to the booking page, fill in the form and Tipi Pyjama Party will contact you within 48 hours.
How much space do I need?
Each tepee requires 1m in width and 2m in length. There are several possible configurations, please feel free to contact us to discuss.
Do I need to wash the linen?
Tipi Pyjama Party takes care of washing all bedding at 60 degrees after each sleepover. All decorative items and surfaces such as lanterns and trays are steam cleaned and sprayed with a disinfectant spray. For hygiene reasons, guests at your sleepover party should bring their own pillow.
How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is approximately 18 to 24 hours. Longer hire periods can be negotiated subject to availability.
Is there a delivery charge?
Tipi Pyjama Party is based in Montreux. Delivery, installation and collection costs are included in the package price for customers living in the area between Aigle and Lutry. If you live outside of this area, there will be an additional charge per km. Please contact us for a quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel or move your booking up to 14 days prior to the event, subject to availability and free of charge.
If you cancel 14 days or less from the date of the event, you will lose your deposit.
